Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP)
The Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) identifies, develops, and transitions environmental technologies that relate directly to defense mission accomplishment.

Operational Energy Capability Improvement Fund (OECIF)
The Operational Energy Capability Improvement Fund (OECIF) program focuses on advanced technology development to ensure research, demonstration, test, and evaluation are focused on the Departmentโ€™s most pressing operational energy needs while simultaneously advancing future asymmetrical warfighting options.

Operational Energy Prototyping Fund (OEPF)
The Operational Energy Prototyping Fund (OEPF) program validates more mature technologies than OECIF to transition them to widespread use. This newly established program helps bridge the operational energy gap toward Service transition.
