This FY 2013 Defense Environmental Programs Annual Report to Congress presents the funding invested in and progress of the Department of Defense (DoD) environmental programs โ Environmental Restoration, Environmental Quality (EQ), and Environmental Technology. This report satisfies the requirements of Title 10, United States Code, section 2711. In FY 2013, DoD obligated approximately $3.8 billion for its environmental programs: $1.8 billion for environmental restoration activities; $1.8 billion for EQ activities; and $195.1 million for environmental technology.
