While E.O. 13423 revoked E.O. 13148, E.O.13423 still maintains the requirement for EPCRA implementation, including TRI reporting, for federal facilities. The "Instructions for Implementing E.O. 13423" provides additional details in the section titled Compliance with the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act and the Pollution Prevention Act (see Part VIII, C(1)). Since E.O. 13423 continues EPCRA implementation, the Services are to continue reporting TRI information consistent with the Consolidated Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) Policy for DoD Installations, Munitions Activities, and Operational Ranges (21 September 2006).
