Cleanup Data

The Department of Defense (DoD) conducts environmental cleanup under the Defense Environmental Restoration Program (DERP).  DoD cleans up contaminated sites at active installations, Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS), and Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) locations.  This Web site presents the status of cleanup and funding information on an easy to use Google Maps interface.  To perform more detailed data queries, search installation-level data, and generate customized reports, please visit Search the DEP ARC.

² Funding through the FY includes historical Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) cost data; however, DTRA is not shown separately on this Web site because it no longer has any cleanup sites.
